COMMUNITY POOL AREA
Located centrally in the the neighborhood ammenities are easily accessible. Residents have easy access to the pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, playground and cornhole/horseshoe courts.
DEEDED BEACH ACCESS
Carolina Sands owns a private beach access right at the front of the neighborhood. Residents can walk, ride a bike or take a golf cart, park across the street from the walkway and access the gorgeous beach.
BEACH ACCESS PARKING
Residents have access to bike and golf cart parking directly across the street from the beach access at the front of the neighborhood. Take advantage of the beach lifestyle!
