Announcements:
The CSHA Board has instituted a new pool key policy. Click here for

The CSHA Board has approved a new $25 transfer fee for real
estate transactions. Click here.
Board meetings are held every 2nd Sunday of the month at 7:00 PM in the clubhouse (except May when
the meeting is moved to the third Sunday due to Mother's Day holiday). All
homeowners and residents are welcome to attend. There is an open forum at
the beginning of the meeting for anyone who wishes to bring an issue up for
discussion.
